Andreev.

This is coolbert:

World War Two history courtesy of the Russian.

From that January/February 2016 issue of World War II magazine this article surprises:

"Russian Pins Second World War Start on Poland"

"A Russian diplomat started a rumpus in September [2015] by claiming that Poland had a hand in Starting World War II, outraging Poles and exacerbating tensions between the countries. During the 1930's 'Poland repeatedly blocked the formation of a coalition against Hitler's Germany.' 'Poland therefor was partly responsible for the disaster which then took place.'"

Poland "partly responsible" according to Russian Ambassador Sergey Andreev.

IS THERE ANY CREDENCE TO THIS ASSERTION? POLISH STUBBORNNESS AND PRIDE RESPONSIBLE [IN PART] FOR THE SECOND WORLD WAR?

Additionally from the July/August 2016 edition of the same magazine we have the comment of Steve Tiber:

"France and England sent a delegation to Moscow, to negotiate how to stop Hitler . . . [Stalin] suggested putting three Red Army division on the German-Polish border to enforce the Polish Army."

That response of the Polish Foreign Secretary [Beck] to such a proposal negative in the EXTREME!

More to follow on this topic.
